Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Styledly app and website ("Styledly", "we") handle and why. We only use your information to provide the features you choose.

Information you provide

• Account: your email address, used for secure email-link sign-in.
• Style profile: name, optional ZIP code, style preferences, likes and dislikes, and look feedback.
• Closet: garment details and photos you upload.
• Style DNA photos: an optional selfie and optional full-body photo, used only when you request a look visualization.
• Inspiration: photos you save or share into Styledly and link references you paste. We do not fetch or scrape the linked pages.
• Plans: saved looks, weekly outfit plans and event details you enter.
• Stylist Pro: client profiles, notes and studio branding entered by professional users, who must have permission from their clients.

How it is stored

Account data is stored in our cloud backend. Database records are restricted so each account can access only its own data, and photos are kept in private storage, shown only through short-lived signed links. Some data, such as onboarding preferences and on-device try-on photos, is also kept locally on your device.

Service providers

• AI styling: when you request styling, the relevant brief, preferences and closet details (and, for visualizations, your chosen Style DNA photo) are sent to AI model providers through our AI gateway to produce the result.
• Weather: a travel destination and dates you enter are sent to Open-Meteo to get forecasts or climate data.
• Shopping: text descriptions of items are sent to the Shopify Global Catalog to find real products. Purchases happen on the merchant's site under its own policies.
• Purchases: subscriptions are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous account identifier and purchase status. We never receive your full payment card details.

Styledly does not sell your personal information, does not use your photos to infer race, ethnicity, body measurements or other sensitive traits, and does not currently use third-party advertising or analytics tracking.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete individual items, photos and Style DNA photos at any time. You can delete your whole account in the app under Profile → Account & Privacy → Delete account; this permanently removes your account, profile, closet, photos, looks, plans, inspiration, feedback and Pro client data from our backend. Limited records needed for referral payouts, fraud prevention or legal obligations may be retained. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. See how to delete your account.

Children

Styledly is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
